There are three paths to the a&f support process

Helpline operating hours: 09.00 am to 12.00 noon | 02.00 pm to 05.00 pm
Email: When you email us, a support case is automatically generated in the ticket system.
Ticket: Open a ticket in our system. (You will receive personal log-in data when you open your ticket.)
Report your support enquiry via the helpline or the a&f ticket system, and we will provide high quality support to identify and record your case at the service desk.
All support efforts are billed in accordance with the currently valid terms of a&f.
