There are three paths to the A&F support process
Telephone: Contact our hotline for telephone support.
Hotline operating hours: 09.00 am to 12.00 noon | 02.00 pm to 05.00 pm
Email: When you email us, a support case is automatically generated in the ticket system.
Ticket: Open a ticket in our system. (You will receive personal log-in data when you open your ticket.)
Report your support enquiry via the hotline or the A&F ticket system, and we will provide 15 minutes of free support to identify and record your case at the service desk.
Further support efforts are billed in accordance with the currently valid terms of A&F.
