There are three paths to the a&f support process
We offer you three options for contacting the support team.
Telephone: You can request telephone support via our HelpLine. Thanks to the direct contact between the service desk team member and the customer, problems can be evaluated quickly.
Email: You can also email us at email@example.com. The email enquiry automatically generates a support case in the ticket system.
Open a ticket: You can open a ticket in our system yourself using your personal log-in data.
To enter a complete support request:
Step 1: Check whether your issue can be reproduced.
Step 2: Document all information about the issue and the system in as much detail as possible.
Step 3: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the level of urgency.
