Curaden has been an a&f systems ag customer since 2009 – initially purely for Apple repairs. Over the years, the cooperation with a&f has extended and intensified.
The starting point
In its brand centre, Curaden AG in Kriens relies on a pure Apple environment. This necessitates repairs, as well as maintenance, administration and remote support. It also needs to be managed effectively. In the initial stages of the cooperation, a&f systems ag was only assigned the repair of Apple devices. However, Curaden was fully satisfied with the service quality and gradually extended the mandate to include further tasks to be handled by the a&f specialists.
The cooperation
Curaden AG sources both its software and its hardware directly from a&f systems ag which stocks all devices included in the Apple product line. Moreover, Curaden relies on the a&f support hotline. This ensures a fast response in an emergency. Curaden thereby maintains a direct dialogue with Diana Fenato. To achieve optimal integration of the Apple devices in the heterogenous ICT environment of Curaden AG, the product “Acronis File Connect” was used for the high-performance file exchange between the Microsoft servers.
The Apple environment is centrally administered by a&f systems ag using Munki and Apple DEP and VPP. a&f actively monitors the administration. In addition to this central administration and the remote support via the hotline, an Apple System Engineer from a&f is on-site each month, taking care of the end user support and management.
