Time estimates are based on experience and are indicative only.
Surcharges:
- Weekdays from 6:00 pm +25%
- Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays +50%

24/7 Emergency and On-Call Services

Urgent Incidents
Interventions within 3 hours from the fault report requested by the customer are charged at a rate of CHF 250.00/h (plus journey and travel time). Response and intervention times can only be guarantees with 24/7 emergency and on-call services:

Fixed Travel Charges
The following fixed travel charges are billed per day for any services to be rendered on the customer’s premises. The rate of this fixed charge is determined based on a distance estimate according to Google Maps (one route is used as a basis / amounts are stated excl. of VAT):
- 0 to 100km – CHF 80.00
- 100 to 200km – CHF 120.00
- 200+km within Switzerland – CHF 160.00
- Any accommodation expenses are charges as incurred without surcharge.
Price Type / VAT
The unit prices for each article itemised in our offers are stated exclusive of VAT (less any discounts). VAT is charged to the total net price at the currently valid rate.
