24/7 Emergency and On-Call Services

Urgent Incidents
Interventions within 3 hours from the fault report requested by the customer are charged at a rate of CHF 250.00/h (plus journey and travel time). Response and intervention times can only be guarantees with 24/7 emergency and on-call services.
Travel Expenses
The following fixed travel expenses are billed for any services to be rendered on the customer’s premises:
- Travel time at 50% of the agreed hourly rate
- Hotel costs (**** category) at effective cost
- Travel costs (rail/air) at effective cost
- Car journeys at EUR 0.35/km
- Other expenses (subsistence, public transport, taxis, etc.) Per diem of EUR 50.00
Price Type / VAT
The unit prices for each article itemised in our offers are stated exclusive of VAT (less any discounts). VAT is charged to the total net price at the currently valid rate.
