Hostettler PIM

hostettler group now manages its article master data with PIM and MAM by Contentserv. The transition was successful and well-received by all users.

hostettler group operates in the motorbike, automotive, consumer electronics and bicycle segments. Innovation is a top priority for hostettler, and that also includes product data. Together with a&f systems ag, the group gradually transitioned to PIM and MAM by Contentserv. The new systems’ scope comprises centralisation of all product information, media-neutral data maintenance and the translation and presentation in all channels. Moreover, hostettler will use Contentserv to master the challenges relating to modern media management for five business units and 13 companies.

Contentserv PIM and MAM – Great feedback

With the new PIM and MAM by Contentserv, data for 120,000 articles is processed, and this number will triple as the system is rolled out to all companies. Translation to various languages and the presentation of product data online, in print catalogues and marketplaces is also controlled in the system. a&f supported the project from beginning to end. Concept, planning, implementation and relevant training was all handled by a&f systems ag. Hence, the hostettler project team and the Contentserv developers cooperated closely. The result was received exceptionally well:

Contentserv PIM and MAM – Product experiences at the core

Contentserv fully exploits the potential of modern technologies. The modern, comprehensive and business-oriented platform aims to simplify everyday workflows of marketing and product teams. The combination of Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM) and Customer Experience Management (CXM) in the Product Experience Platform push product experiences to the forefront. The objective of the transition was the release in web and print and the simplification of workflows and data maintenance. The integration of data control mechanisms was also a priority.
